Duomed Group completes acquisition of TSC Group’s distribution activities in France and Benelux

Duomed Group and The Surgical Company Group (‘TSC Group’) are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition by Duomed Group of the distribution activities of TSC Group in France and the Benelux, notably the Adhesia, Sebac and Hospithera brands.

With this transaction, Duomed Group will create one of the leading European distributors of medical devices, consumables and related services with activities in the Benelux, France, the UK, Switzerland and Scandinavia. Driven by highly complementary activities and 600 dedicated employees, the combination will be able to enhance its product and service offering to customers as well as provide deeper market access to its international network of renowned suppliers. Over 2022, pro-forma consolidated sales of EUR 270m are expected to be realized.
