- SUMMARY
The ESG Trainee is a marketing role with the primary purpose of developing and executing environmental initiatives to ensure the objectives of the company are met.
III. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee environmental initiatives in relation with the product portfolios
- Identify, gather, analyze and trend market intelligence that affect the company and make recommendations
- Develop and execute environmental initiatives in relation with other department within the company
- Identify, coordinate and support local case studies for marketing purposes
- Create, plan and execute the promotional calendar and activities
IV. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Desirable to have environmental experience within medical devices/tech
- Ability to demonstrate effective environmental initiatives
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams
- Experience with digital marketing platforms
- Driving license
V. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications for the position)
- Ideally educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline with a first work experience (Extensive practical experience is valued over qualifications).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Computer Literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, digital platforms.
